A special place in the Algarve

What was once a sleepy fishing village has blossomed tastefully into a bustling little tourist town with a varied selection of restaurants, bars and a well maintained small beach.

Unlike some of its neighbours, Carvoeiro has managed to avoid the onslaught of high rise concrete apartments and hotels. The vast majority of holiday accommodation is in private villas and low rise small apartment complexes and a few well hidden but high quality hotels and guest houses.
